Lifting this medieval property out of wreck and ruin and into a new lease of life was no mean feat, but the results speak for themselves. From the on-site assembly of the kitchen frames and cupboards to the ancient oak wooden floors, each room in the manor was given a facelift. It's a privilege to have been a part of the works.

Windows & Second Fix

The extension at Dunster's tea rooms doubles the original space and takes advantage of the small plot and river views. The two sides are joined with a full-height transom, which elegantly marries the old with the new, along with a robust lead valley. Paired with double glazing and thick insulation, patrons will be warm and dry during their visits, regardless of the weather.
